This is what i posted on my fb about Automation Honda. God is good...so my appointment took longer than promised for oil change, filter and tire rotation. I walked 2.5 miles around the building. Bought a used car that I was told passed inspection two days later the engine blows leaving us broke down the car had to be towed back to there dealerships. Not to mention there where no apolizes they wher days later the engine blows leaving us broke down the car had to be towed back to there dealerships. Not to mention there where no apolizes they where rude and treated my family like we where inconveniencing them. When I asked about getting refunded and needing some type of proof that I returned the car. They told me quote by Derek they don't steal they have never stole there a big dealership and I'll get my money very sarcasticly and rude. Horrible experience. More

I only use because of Craig Lippley in the service dept. I would use an independent but based on my warranty I use a dealer. Have found no service person better than Craig and this dealership is fortunate t I would use an independent but based on my warranty I use a dealer.
