I drove up arou Going Above and Beyond!!! I visited AutoNation Honda Clearwater on Saturday 6/8/24 for an unscheduled service due to a battery issue. I drove up around 4:40 p.m. a few minutes after having to jump start my car. I had no hopes they were going to be able to service my car since they were about to close in 20 minutes, but I was wrong. Braedan and Michael service advisors were very friendly and took immediate action to take care of my problem. I was incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I received, but more importantly with their honesty. I was ready to pay, but it turned out that the battery was under warranty. No charge and I was out by 5:00 p.m. Excellent Customer Experience!!! Kudos to Braedan, Michael advisor’s, Jesse and Randy for their outstanding customer service and for taking care of my unscheduled needs. Their willingness to help, even when it wasn’t convenient for them, truly stood out. I truly recommend AutoNation Honda Clearwater to anyone in need of reliable and exceptional car service. More
