Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the questions I may have had. I placed an order for a tube of touch up paint with parts and and when the paint arrived they called me and let me know th questions I may have had. Shortly after moving from Minnesota to Florida in May the AC went out in my Accord; being new to the area and knowing of only two Honda dealerships, Autonation Honda of Clearwater was the only dealership tha AC went out in my Accord; being new to the area and knowing of only two Honda dealerships, Autonation Honda of Clearwater was the only dealership that called me back, went above and beyond to schedule and repair my vehicle. During my visit, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Kaitlynn, the only female service manager in her department who was not only wonderful to meet, but her appreciation and knowledge of cars in general. It is rare to find women in what society views as a “man’s profession” and to be fantastic at what they do! I was happy to share my love of cars and knowledge with Kaitlynn and I know she will continue to do BIG THINGS in the business. Women are underestimated all the time, so it is phenomenal to see women WINNING! My overall experience, service and timeframe of the repair was of the highest quality and Autonation Honda of Clearwater has definitely won my business moving into the future. More
