My review is for the quality of the paid maintenance. 5 days after maintenance was done, car battery died. The receipt from the maintenance service states battery tested OK. It is disappointing as the 5 days after maintenance was done, car battery died. The receipt from the maintenance service states battery tested OK. It is disappointing as the reason why the car is taken to maintenance is to avoid the inconvenience of getting stranded for these situations (maintenance should catch up the battery was low). The battery test OK and 5 days later dies when the history of maintenance of the car is that all is perfect. Please understand this makes me doubt about the quality of the maintenance performed to the car. The rating for Average, is due that I have been a customer and taken the car to maintenance for over 4 years, this is the first time it happened, however only takes 1 instance to makes the whole experience disappointing. More

First experience was a bad one. had appt for service. sat there for 2.5 hours and they said they didn’t know who’s car it was so they let it sit there. manager comped my service the had appt for service. sat there for 2.5 hours and they said they didn’t know who’s car it was so they let it sit there. manager comped my service the next time i came in because i couldn’t wait any longer that day. they made good on it. Things happen, at least they made me a happy customer in the end. i will take my vehicle here again. More
I purchased my vehicle new in 2019 and have had all service/maintenance provided by this dealership.The customer service Manager( Craig ?) is an outstanding professional , conscientious and insightful service/maintenance provided by this dealership.The customer service Manager( Craig ?) is an outstanding professional , conscientious and insightful individual. I found a simple oil change and tire rotation appointment to be exasperating and untimely, and somewhat frustrating, if it were not for the customer service manager I would be taking my business elsewhere. He is an asset to this dealership and should be commended for His ability to get to the point of the problem And to provide immediate feedback and potential resolutions. More
