I arrived to find a lineup of vehicles waiting for service and I was on time for my 7 AM app the best way to describe Autonation Honda of Clearwater. I arrived to find a lineup of vehicles waiting for service and I was on time for my 7 AM appointment, I wasn't surprised as this is a great indicator of customer loyalty. I was quickly greeted by Craig went over the details giving him a valuable coupon they had offered and I was on my way home, I received a video update of my service needs with a complete explanation of service pricing. Later that day I received a text from Craig telling me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I started chatting with Craig, paid for the service, and was on my way home. When I arrived home I realized that the coupon was not applied, No fault of Craig the man was crazy busy. I emailed them explaining the situation and within minutes Gregory responded with an apology for the coupon not being applied, he refunded the amount due and thanked me for being a loyal customer. I can't thank Autonation Honda of Clearwater enough for making a bad situation right but more importantly making me feel like they truly cared. What a great place to do business !!! More

This dealership is very reliable, prompt and courteous. I’ve had my car serviced here many times and they always do a great job of listening to me explain the problem. Then they address the issue and exp I’ve had my car serviced here many times and they always do a great job of listening to me explain the problem. Then they address the issue and explain it to me in layman’s terms and provide options in fixing the car. You know no one wants to be lied to when it comes to car repair and I feel that when I work with Autoway Honda they are upfront and honest with the options and job that need to be done. I had an appointment on 5/12/22 with Kaitlyn. I arrived 10 minutes early and there seemed to be some confusion about my appointment. They had none of the information I had given when I made the appointment. Kaitlyn was very polite and said it was a computer glitch and asked me for all the information again. I have a maintenance program, so maybe that had something to do with it. My appointment was for oil/ fluid check, and tire rotation. I am 74 and this car was making a trip to New York. I was asked if I wanted other rxtra services, but I declined. 2 1/2 hrs later I was told it was done. Perhaps I didn’t need an oil change, but I have no idea if my tires were rotated and the fluid checked, as I wasn’t given or signed a completed work order. I have never had that happen before, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I sent an email asking for a completed work order but have not received a reply. JoAnn Mack-wink More
