I had an appointment on 5/12/22 with Kaitlyn. I arrived 10 minutes early and there seemed to be some confusion about my appointment. I have a maintenance program, so maybe that had something to do with it. My appointment was for oil/ fluid check, and tire rotation. I am 74 and this car was making a trip to New York. I was asked if I wanted other rxtra services, but I declined. 2 1/2 hrs later I was told it was done. Perhaps I didn’t need an oil change, but I have no idea if my tires were rotated and the fluid checked, as I wasn’t given or signed a completed work order. I have never had that happen before, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I sent an email asking for a completed work order but have not received a reply. JoAnn Mack-wink More
