I went in for an oil change and at the same time they looked over my entire car and informed me I needed not only an oil change but my transmission fluid needed to be corrected and flushed. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one gave me an update on the status of my vehicle. After 90 minutes I did receive a text telling me that they would keep me updated on my service. No one gave me an update on the status of my vehicle. She said they were short staffed on Saturday May 7th and asked me not to give a bad review because it wasn't her fault. More
This was a first service, Al the service manager took care of us. Our appointment was at 9 am we were in and out before 9:45. Al took time to explain some functions that we didn’t quite understand. I brought my Ridgeline in for an oil change and routine maintenance on 4/18/22. Hannah Hamedi was amazing! She assisted me in finding a quiet space to work (I'm an attorney and had zoom court while I was maintenance on 4/18/22. Hannah Hamedi was amazing! She assisted me in finding a quiet space to work (I'm an attorney and had zoom court while I was waiting) and kept me updated every step of the way. First of all I want to say that my service advisor Hannah Hamedi was wonderful. She was very efficient and explained everything to me. I'm NOT a fan of the new way the service department operates now. In the past the service the advisor would communicate with you in person but now the preferred method is by texting. I did go and speak to Hannah when I received a text that I did not understand and as I said earlier she was always kind and helpful. The whole concept seems disconnected to me. I have a service advisor that is literally a few steps away from me and we are communicating by text? The service department (in my opinion) does not operate as smoothly as it has in the past. I had an appointment and still I was there for over 2 hours. I have never waited that long in the 5 years I've been going there for service on my 2017 Honda Accord that I purchased at the dealership. These concerns may have an impact on where I purchase my next vehicle. Thank you, Don Bowman More
