Karyna Pena was very helpful and efficient. I was in and out in about 2 hours, which is decent time. The only thing the service department didn't do was tell me what they were going to do to t I was in and out in about 2 hours, which is decent time. The only thing the service department didn't do was tell me what they were going to do to the car beyond standard servicing. Turns out there was no additional servicing needed but I'd have liked to know. I suppose I could have asked but usually the dealership, after looking at the car, tells you one way or another. More
