I was having my Honda Pilot serviced with Ken for approximately 8 years, to my total satisfaction. I now lease a Passport and my Service Rep was changed to Craig. Hanieh Hamedi was excellent in communicating after our state vehicle was towed to AutoNation of Clearwater. While the repairs exceed the vehicle value, which was expected, it was decided we would surplus state vehicle was towed to AutoNation of Clearwater.
