I asked my sales rep why the vehicle we were looking at was not certified pre-owned. Seems like a perfect opportunity to mention that there were prior accidents on the vehicle, but he withheld that informa was not certified pre-owned. I then asked for the Carfax when we were at his desk and he cleverly distracted me with other paperwork to avoid giving me the Carfax and revealing the accidents. Therefore the accidents weren’t revealed until I was passed on to the next person to sign paperwork! Ridiculous!! More
