This was the only dealership in the DMV (Northern VA area) that I discovered not participating in the ridiculous market mark up adjustment gimmick. That market adjustment means a premium surcharge of anywhere from $2,500 - $5,000 over MSRP just for the convenience of having a new 2023 CRV Hybrid and doesn't even include any tangible products or services (talk about highway robbery literally). As first time Honda buyers, we didn't know what to expect but my initial online search experience was both exhausting and disappointing as it seemed all the dealerships seemed to be "in bed" with one another with regards to the mark up. And finally, after careful (and painstaking) research, I came up with a list of the auto dealers in my local area (starting with Fairfax County and then beyond). I then meticulously organized my spreadsheet to cite the specific color combo and options I wanted. I then contacted each of them and made a shortlist based on different criteria related to a few key factors (in addition to what I wanted): price, availability and customer service experience. It finally came down to AutoNation of Sterling for which my wife and I found our experience above and beyond. The biggest standout we noticed and appreciated was the no pressure approach and no games! They say a happy sales team reflects a good management and this shows here. The leadership made provisions to ensure we got the exact car we wanted (and it actually arrived earlier than expected) and in particular, we loved the sales team. I initially worked with Connor (who is stellar!) and then we were connected with Stephen (Lionel) who took us through the sale and delivery. I wrote a separate email to the management about Steve's excellent attitude and knowledge. Bottom line, we are very satisfied customers and will highly recommend this dealership for consideration if in the market for a new Honda. I would say do not go here if you don't mind throwing your money away and prefer to pay thousands more for nothing for the same vehicle! More

Brought the car here for state inspection and repair to the engine belt. Service was handled promptly and efficiently, and the service staff kept me in the loop as they worked.
