Rozina (Rosy), the advisor took the time to explain all the recommended service that the technician had suggested and did not pressure me into anything. I was able to authorize the work that I critically needed and was able to delay some of the near future work. Rosy did a wonderful job of updating me and making sure that I understood the pricing. I give Rosy a 10!!! More

Not sure if I was a victim of segregation or a lack of attention to detail regarding the this AutoNation location. Made an online appointment on Monday which required the basics, you know make, model, yea attention to detail regarding the this AutoNation location. Made an online appointment on Monday which required the basics, you know make, model, year, etc....... for a used vehicle I recently purchased. The appointment confirmation was received on Wednesday for 1PM Saturday, feeling trust and confidence until my arrival. The garage door goes up and then pure chaos unfolded, customers not sure who to speak to first, techs grabbing tables and keys entering vehicle information and taking pictures for insurance purposes BUT!! the customers are still trying to figure how to check-in. As I'm walking towards my second desk to explain why I'm here I hear a lady shout "I'm new and I don't where to go or who I should talk to", but anyway at check-in it's clear that Mike is the man running the show after standing in front of him for 4 mins not knowing because there's a sign on back of the computer next to him that stated "Oscar". Finally! Mike acknowledges me, I said to him that I have a 1PM appointment that was established online for my vehicle that I just purchased and it's within the 90 full warranty coverage provided by AutoNation Hunt Valley Mercedes. Mike responded to me by saying that the used vehicle team does not work on the weekends and that they can get to my vehicle first thing Monday morning, I responded by saying "If this information was provided prior to my arrival It would have been great. Mike's response came in the form of a shoulder shrug in conjunction with sorry about that. At this point I'm perplexed, trying to understand what is really being conveyed here, they only service new vehicles on Saturdays???? the second anyone drives off the dealership's lot in a vehicle just purchased becomes used so what form of customer service practices are being implemented at this location????????????????????????? Pure waste of time, gas, and 40 miles. Maybe there's a school for only "Used vehicle" ASE certified technicians now More
