Recently had our CRV hybrid towed here on a Saturday night. On Monday morning received a call from Jimere and was able to give him the necessary information to get things going. As promised received an update early afternoon that they were still doing diagnostic testing. Around 3 got a call that the problem was a bad cell in the battery and he also sent me a video text from the mechanic showing the other things he did during his inspection. That was nice. Jimere called after 4 that the car was ready and was kind enough to have an Uber pick us up at our hotel. When we got there our car was sitting out front, met with Jimere who was friendly, did the paperwork and he was nice enough to get us a couple of waters and we were happily on our way. Great experience with Honda under the circumstances. After talking with friends, it sounds like batteries are a big issue with all brands of hybrids. More

I honestly didn’t even know why you let your customers make appointments, as I did. Because the first time the service advisor said was there would be a 3-4 hour wait, for a simple oil change and tire rot make appointments, as I did. Because the first time the service advisor said was there would be a 3-4 hour wait, for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and he wasn’t lying as it took 3:50 ! The think that really xxxxxx me off was after they moved it from the drop off place, they took it to the back holding area and parked it for 2 1/2 hours, as I could see it setting there!! So back to why allowing us to make appointments in the first place? Now the actual 1 1/2 that they did they work was very reasonable. BUT TO SET THERE for 4 (3:50) is just CRAZY!! I did like the 25 second video the mechanic made, but simple things like showing the air filter container after he changed it, because it was dirty, maybe show the “dirty filter”, other wise nice touch. Not really sure if I’ll be coming back for future oil changes, and tire rotations because my TIME is valuable to me too and just watching my truck setting there for 21/2 hours, after I made an appointment is NOT right.
