My service advisor is very helpful. They give me updates during the service time. But the only problem is the waiting time. Yesterday I waited almost 3 hours with 10 am appointment for They give me updates during the service time. But the only problem is the waiting time. Yesterday I waited almost 3 hours with 10 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Last time I waited 4 hours with appt. For oil change only for weekday appt. Hope they can resolve the waiting time. But overall rating so far its good. Clean, free water, coffee and clean restroom. More
