Hoo boy, where do I start? I bought a used car on 8/28 and just got the green slip today, one day shy of what is allowed by law. The green slip was dated 8/30 - just two days after the purchase. I think they just totally forgot about it. Everyone involved in the sale acted like their hair was on fire trying to stay in communication with me after I initially inquired about the car, but every single one of them (Joanne N, Carlos C, Ray S) dropped me like a hot rock once they had my money. I emailed multiple times with questions after the sale and no one could be bothered to take a minute and a half to reply. Carlos C, with his warranty tag team pal Carlos O, put on quite a show in the finance office: loud open office door conversation about how great the warranties are and how glad they were to have them on their own vehicles. Please. At least one warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on - I have yet to need the other but I have zero faith at this point. This dealership can kick rocks as far as I’m concerned. More

I always bring my car here for maintenance the service advisors are always friendly and not pushy. Kayla was kind and knowledgeable.
