When I first set the appointment for a replacement of a weather stripe for my drivers door, I gave them great detail about the issue and the location of the stripping. The first appointment took just over a hour of waiting time to be informed they had to order a piece. With that our service rep stated they would call when the piece came in and that should be within two to three days. After no calls in two weeks, I called to be informed that they forgot to call. During the second appointment after waiting for over two hours I was informed that they ordered the wrong piece. As I was being informed that they made a mistake I asked if when they get the correct piece if they could call and have my car worked on immediately, I was informed that would not happen. They work on cars in order and I would have to do the same, make a new appointment and wait. I expressed that it seemed they would want to make a exception since this was the second appointment and I have now waited over 3 hours to get nowhere, which was met with oh well. On the fourth day I received the call that they had the right piece and all appointments were booked so I had to wait a week and a half. I asked to speak to a manager, which I left a message related to the issues I was having. The manager did call back, and was pleasant and stated he would have my service rep call the next day to set the appointment for early that Saturday. To my amazement the service rep never called, so I showed at the time the manager stated they would set the appointment via the service rep assigned to my ticket. It was hard to read the rep, that they were surprised I showed up with out being called or upset that I actually showed up to have service on my car. Over all I would say this was the worse customer service I have received in a long time by any company and has made me decide that I would never purchase a vehicle from Autonation ever again and specifically this location. I have also decided that I would research on having my car serviced at a different Honda dealership moving forward. More
Very professional people, friendly, honest and on time. As soon as we arrived, came to us, took our car to do the service, we stayed on the waiting room, provided drinks (delicious coffee) and watched TV. Service department was great. Kayla Killian was amazing. Their Sales office was poor. Purchased a brand new 2022 Ridgeline. When I was shown the features of the infotainment, I Kayla Killian was amazing. Their Sales office was poor. Purchased a brand new 2022 Ridgeline. When I was shown the features of the infotainment, I saw a crack on the windshield. The salesman Troy said that he already knows about it and had ordered a new windshield, I also saw a dent with the paint chipped on the side of the door. I did not see all of these while test driving the vehicle. The sales staff already knew the damage when I was in the finance office but did not tell me. I guess they were hoping that I wouldn't notice and when I drive off the lot and saw it, they will say the damages is my fault because I already drove it off the lot. My Father who was with me during this whole time and I went back inside to talk to the manager to ask what can we do to rectify this problem. The manager (Female Filipina with glasses)pretty much told us to take it or leave it. And our Salesman, never even backed us up, instead he sat back down and started texting like, it's not my problem now. All the sales staff was over there snickering too and laughing like they Cheated another customer. We could've left everything behind and not take the vehicle. But it took us 6hours to make the deal, all that time wasted for us to get out of there with nothing. Thanks to Kayla, I was able to get all these things fixed. I was not expecting much from the sales team but a little bit of honesty. If they would've told me the problems and damages in the truck while I was still in the Finance office, I would've still taken the truck because the salesman or the manager we're honest with me. Instead they were trying to hide the damages from me. Me and my Father have been buying Honda vehicles in this dealership going on 15 years now. After that incident of dishonesty and lack of integrity from the Sales staff, they just lost a good customer. More
