I was a bit annoyed that the agent kept saying because Of the age of the car! Yes the car is 7 years old but he didn’t even check about the warranty until I finally thought of it to have him check it out! the age of the car! The car was bought a year old but a left over & only has 73,500 miles on it well below the 90,000 miles for the warranty! More

I we recently purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas. I wish I could give them a 5 star rating, but I cannot. I will start with the positive. I believe we were treated fairly on both the purchase of our vehicle and the value of our trade-in. Unfortunately their process is extremely tedious and lengthy. I took over 3 1/2 hours. This is the longest it has taken me to purchase any vehicle, and I have purchased a lot. Our sales rep was playing around with others sales reps and even went out on a test ride with another potential customer while we just sat there. No one came over and asked us if we needed anything or just give us an update. I was finally able to ask our sales rep what was going on. He stated we where waiting on the finance team. When we finally went in to see the finance person, there was more paperwork to do. Why was this not done in advance? We filled out the same information three or four times. Overall, I would say the experience was less than professional and the process was very antiquated. More
