Went for new battery and drive belt replacement without any appt and the service dept took care of the problems that needed to fix on the same day. So happy that I got lifetime warranty on the battery and any appt and the service dept took care of the problems that needed to fix on the same day. So happy that I got lifetime warranty on the battery and don’t have to pay for the replacement. Drive belt finally replaced as well and the car is running smooth again, thanks to the crew and david for taking care of my car, great service👍 More

I called customer service to book an appointment for my Odyssey. When I checked in, they said that I didn’t have an appointment but Kayla Killian took care of me anyways. Got my oil changed and check up. S Odyssey. When I checked in, they said that I didn’t have an appointment but Kayla Killian took care of me anyways. Got my oil changed and check up. She recommended to get the AC system checked. And glad I did, AC compressor was bad. She checked if warranty still covers it and it did! Honestly I didn’t even know I still have an extended warranty going on. Saved $$$! The customer service and how she follows up and make sure things get done is outstanding and is appreciated. Way to go Kayla Killian. You should be a role model for your peers. See you at the next Odyssey check up! More
