When I got to Autonation service Dept, Mariana Bejar already knew what I needed to be done. I was surprised they knew my name just by year & model of my car! That’s so amazing! Mariana answered all my questions & reassured me for the lifetime warranty. She updated me as to how long of a wait & even had my car washed. They make sure your car is safe for road travel that they do the 20 Points inspection. I also received very good car care from Justin B. & Ariel. My car broke down about an hour south of LV on a Sunday afternoon, and after a tow back to LV, it was repaired by Monday afternoon. Ariel, my advisor, was conscientious and courteous, understanding my need afternoon, and after a tow back to LV, it was repaired by Monday afternoon. Ariel, my advisor, was conscientious and courteous, understanding my need to get back on the road (I had an 8-hour drive ahead of me). However, I wish I could have dropped my car in the Honda parking lot on Sunday evening, rather than having to have it towed to the tow truck lot on Sunday evening and then towed again to Honda on Monday morning. Had the car been at Honda first thing Monday morning, that probably would have saved me 3-4 hours as the repair process could have started at 7am when the doors (and gate) opens rather than waiting on the tow company to get my car to you on Monday morning (which was stressful). I understand there's probably safety issues with leaving the Honda parking lot open on Sunday night, but it would have been nice. More

I have used Honda dealerships' for car repair/service previously and always felt the service was great, but honestly, AutoNation puts everyone else to shame. I had to have extensive repairs done on my Honda Fit both last year and this year (the car's still great but simply aging). The service performed last year was noticeable all year through an increased level of performance I hadn't felt in years. This year...wow!! AutoNation and my service advisor, Robert Calvario, took such good care of me. Your repair technicians at this location are simply outstanding. They truly qualify as experts! Finally, AutoNation washed the car so well that my old 2008 Honda Fit looked brand new! Thank you!! I couldn't be happier. More
