I received an e-mail from AutoNation on 1-7-22 stating that I had been scheduled for Service at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2022. It gave a phone number for me to call if I wanted to reschedule. Since I wanted that I had been scheduled for Service at 9:00 AM on January 21, 2022. It gave a phone number for me to call if I wanted to reschedule. Since I wanted to keep the appt. I did nothing and showed up at AutoNation on east Sahara at the appt time. When I checked in I was told that I did not have an appt. listed. But the Service Advisor, Kayla M Killian told me that they could go ahead and perform the upcoming Service items at that time. I was glad that my time and drive to the dealership were not for nothing. Thanks to Kayla for getting me in. More

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They were booked but suggested I come as a walk-in.
