I had an excellent experience with Devon at AutoNation Honda during my recent oil change. As a service advisor, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Devon wa Honda during my recent oil change. As a service advisor, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Devon was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process clearly, which I really appreciated. He made sure my car was taken care of quickly and kept me informed throughout the service. If you’re looking for top-notch customer service, Devon is the person to go to! Highly recommend! More

I arrived by my schedule appointment time to look at a specific car which was confirmed before I left home as available. After traveling from my home and Topock, Arizona and reaching Henderson Nevada, I r specific car which was confirmed before I left home as available. After traveling from my home and Topock, Arizona and reaching Henderson Nevada, I received a call asking whether I could come another day. The vehicle was not actually available And was in the shop at Kia for update so it was actually out of AutoNation’s authority to expedite. Then, after my car was evaluated for trade, and I selected and drove another vehicle it was many hours before the paperwork was drawn up to make the trade. No one went through the negotiations step-by-step with me as charges were added and deleted from my deal. In my error, I accepted charges for over $1100 on my invoice for tire and wheel coverage then when I went into the finance office, he had already put a deal together for me for five grand for a warranty. Therefore, in my error, I did not fully review all lines. Third I get a call two days later, asking whether I can come up and sign some additional paperwork. Explaining that I have issues that keep me from traveling at the drop of a hat a courier was sent to obtain those signatures that same evening. Fourth, I have to say there was no explanation for rationale of going to a particular Arizona motor vehicle division, location and the time it would take before they would receive the paperwork. In my efforts to register my newly acquired Kia I traveled to that particular location in Lake Havasu city Arizona this morning. The coordinator there filled me in on the process and said that they would call me when they receive the paperwork. To summarize the vehicle that I wanted was not there though it was supposed to be, I satisfaction really found another vehicle that I wanted to be able to get into for cash by using a single Credit card transaction and was denied that ability, ended up financing which totally defeated my purpose of the trade, spent a full day, taking care of this at AutoNation, was overcharged for the vehicle by over $1100 due to the wheel and tire add-ons, received a call back that additional paperwork was required, received a visit from an ambassador to get those signatures, then drove unnecessarily to Lake Havasu city AZMVD. I really wasn’t happy upon arrival at the dealership, felt satisfied That each party had done what they could do to get my needs met, due to the time spent waiting and the impending clothes of the business day the final paperwork was rushed. This was not at all a pleasant transaction in hindsight. Thanks for asking. More
