Bought a new Honda Accord from Alex. Did our negotiations online. After comparing 4 dealers over a two week period of time, Alex's price was the best by far.No high pressure and no bait and switch. So I told him my concerns, and he went in and another sales Rep Kim came out to greet us. Kim was exceptionally nice. After agreeing to go in and purchase the car, Ms. Evans still didn't come to meet with us. She was sitting at the counter and sent another sales rep to work with us on the numbers. They wanted to come down only $200 and that was very disturbing after I spoke directly to her on the phone and she never came to me us. I was insulted by this entire experience and will never recommend them or purchase a car from them. I did purchase a car from Fletcher Jones Toyota, for the same car for $3500 cheaper. Boo hoo to you. More

When I drove into the parking lot Alex greeted me right when I got out of my car. I knew exactly what car I wanted, which is a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe EX w/ a manual transmission, but sadly they did not ha when I got out of my car. To ensure that I really wanted this vehicle I ended up test driving a LX-S w/ manual transmission. From then, Alex helped me look for the Ex model that I wanted. He ended up finding me one and had a good bargain for the price and I eventually purchased the vehicle. The wait time to have the vehicle shipped to the lot took just about a week, and Alex kept me updated to see the estimate arrival of my vehicle. I had my vehicle for almost a month now and Alex still checks up on me to see how the vehicle is treating me. Alex and the other staff seems to be a very close family.
