The GM was alright, so was the finance manager. Kenny Weaver was the only one who didn't try and pressure me into giving "10 out of 10 on the survey." They tried to manipulate me into a higher payment after I had already taken delivery of two brand new Accords. I told them to give me my trades back and I will go to another dealership. They dragged their feet, so I left in their car to go buy new ones from another dealership. Once I got two blocks away, somehow magically they could make my original deal happen. Totally unprofessional and dishonest management there. I know all of the 5/5 and 10/0 ratings here are coached by the people at the dealership, so take them with a grain of salt. More

From start to completion of sales transaction, my experience was the best car purchase experience I have had. And when I asked for a price, she sent me the bottom line price that was the lowest of all the dealers that I had dealt with during my 3 week search. We set an appointment for the next day and was waiting with everything in place for the completion of the transaction. We drove the vehicle, she explained the features but wasn't intrusive with her comments. We had to wait for the finance office to finish with a customer, which was the only wait we experienced. The transaction in the finance office was absolutely the best experience in a dealership I have been through. Quick, efficient and courteous. Sandy escorted us to the service department, introduced us to the service writer (who owned a Ridgeline so was familiar with my vehicle) and we were treated very well by all involved. A spot on the back seat had been taken care of by Sandy and previously so we were ready to roll. She explained all the features of the Ridgeline, was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. This was a great experience and I will recommend Desert Honda to anyone I know and specifically Sandy because of her professionalism and concern for the customers needs.
