I sent a email request into the dealership, and was surprised in how fast Ralph responded to my request. Desert Honda was going to have the car that I wanted so I gave them a call. Sandy answered and proceeded to run down when the car was expected and all of the options that the 2011 Accord Coupe has. I called her two weeks later when the car was due and it had not arrived yet. The following morning she called and the car had appeared. We scheduled a meeting for the weekend and I drove down. She had explained that there was a tent sale going on that day and I should call when I arrived in town. I called and she couldn't break away from the sale and asked if it would be OK with me if I dealt with Greg. I was already there and accepted. Greg was/is not your typical auto sales person. Soft spoken and willing to listen. I was not quite prepared for this. We briefly negotiated the final deal and I explained that the car didn't have to be showroom delivery ready. I was more concerned about turn around time than dust. He asked for an hour to prep the car to which I agreed. 55 minutes later I was rolling away in my new car.
