Desert Honda was going to have the car that I wanted so I gave them a call. Sandy answered and proceeded to run down when the car was expected and all of the options that the 2011 Accord Coupe has. I called her two weeks later when the car was due and it had not arrived yet. The following morning she called and the car had appeared. We scheduled a meeting for the weekend and I drove down. She had explained that there was a tent sale going on that day and I should call when I arrived in town. I called and she couldn't break away from the sale and asked if it would be OK with me if I dealt with Greg. I was already there and accepted. Greg was/is not your typical auto sales person. Soft spoken and willing to listen. I was not quite prepared for this. We briefly negotiated the final deal and I explained that the car didn't have to be showroom delivery ready. I was more concerned about turn around time than dust. He asked for an hour to prep the car to which I agreed. 55 minutes later I was rolling away in my new car. The following Monday Honda sent a promotional deal to me that I had mentioned on Saturday. Greg made it happen. Thanks Desert Honda Team More

My response to the survey questions is completely due to Greg Smith's manner and service. I dread the usual dealership experience because of the standard "high-pressure salesman as middle-man" model. His style was refreshingly honest and allowed my wife and I to put our guard down. I don't feel like we overpaid for our vehicle but even if I found out we did then I'm glad it was such an easy experience. I'd rather pay for that than to feel like I'm in a contest of machismo/calculations. Please, Please let this be the new way business is done at dealerships and please study Greg to find out what he is doing differently because it works. We love our car but we didn't expect to walk out of your facility feeling invigorated and we felt that way because of Greg. P.S. It occurred to me while writing this that I usually only fill these out when I am enraged by an awful encounter so thank you for allowing me the opportunity to praise something. More
