I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I recently had at your dealership. As a prospective client, I expected a level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care that matches today’s automotive standards—but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. Spending over six hours just to get a single vehicle financing approval was unacceptable. In stark contrast, my experience with Tesla was seamless—less than five minutes for approval, followed by a hassle-free pickup process. That is how a modern, customer-focused car buying experience should feel. At this point, I’ve already taken delivery of my two TESLA, and I’m extremely satisfied—not only with the cars themselves but also with the way I was treated as a customer. There is no need for further follow-up on my case. However, I strongly urge your management and financing team to take this experience seriously. Future customers deserve better. Improving your efficiency, professionalism, and overall customer care will not only reduce disappointment but will directly impact your sales success. The point of this message is not to escalate, but to offer clear feedback. This situation didn’t need to happen, and I hope it helps your team reflect and adapt for the better.
