I bought my car here in 2020 and I’ve been coming back for all my services. Brooke is my service manager and she does an excellent job in explaining everything before the work is to be done and the work i for all my services. Any auto dealership can seem great when you have a trade in they stand to make good money from it, so they're more likely to offer what looks like a good deal. As a customer, I believed I was getting the be in they stand to make good money from it, so they're more likely to offer what looks like a good deal. As a customer, I believed I was getting the best deal. I underestimated myself. I traded in my 2022 Honda Pilot Special Edition with only 12,000 miles on it, and the payoff amount was low. Without any hassle, they handed me a basic Honda CR-V Hybrid. In my mind, I thought I scored a great deal, but that wasn’t the reality. I realized the truth when I tried to get another vehicle for my son. The same salesperson who once treated me so well completely ignored me. They weren’t even willing to match a simple advertised price. I left feeling disappointed and misled. More
