AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas

I purchased my 2024 CRV EXL last Fall 2023 because of Customer Service. Auto Nation provided me with Excellent Client Servicing, very friendly and nor overall hovering over you as I looked at CRVs. We did a drive through several times, my spouse maybe came once in-person because he knew what I wanted, exterior color and interior color and the accessories or bells and whistles sorta-say. He knew I wanted a 4 cylinder engine plus. Honda Nation had that vehicle and provided excellent client servicing, from sales person, financing and documentation. Honda AutoNation I would recommend to others due to their way of client servicing. We purchased at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson and I was shocked that your competitor who is pretty big never approached us, we stood their for 10 to 12 minutes looking, saw 3 to 4 salesperson and they never approached us, we didn't need financing. We felt like they looked at the color of our skin and decided not to assist, pretty sad in my book because "Client Servicing is key to Client retention or repeat client" We relocated from NorCal and I've had a 2005 Honda Odyssey which I still have in my NorCal home, but I came here with a Durango 8 cylinder Hemi that takes alot of gas and I didn't need to drive my Durango, so I chose a CRV 4 cylinder to drive up and down Galleria to go to Costco, LVAC and UNLV.
