Sloppy work, specifically when checking air filters. Need to pay more attention to detail. After my visit in March, my husband changed my air filter and he sent me a photo of it being smushed due to the Need to pay more attention to detail. After my visit in March, my husband changed my air filter and he sent me a photo of it being smushed due to the technician inserting it incorrectly. I again went to the dealership for another service and my air conditioner started making a concerning noise. My husband checked the cabin air filter and it AGAIN was incorrectly forcefully inserted. After my husband changed it, the noise stopped and my air was blowing. This is concerning and also NOT a coincidence. More
