Went to the dealer while on a road trip from Canada with a strange “pinging” noise. Explained we were travelling back the next day, and they diagnosed and fixed the car in two hours. Just leased a '23 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. The guys at AutoNation East, Las Vegas have been super kind and helpful throughout the process. Where there were some relatively minor communication gaps in the overall process, all were effectively and graciously resolved. They all do have a positive intention to make the buying process smooth. Jon was tremendous. During the initial process, he was quick to respond to all of my questions and requests for information about the truck. Frankly, the two other dealers here were unresponsive. Jon was right there, online late into the night. I can give him and the dealer a 5 star rating! More
