I was super hesitant on going back to think dealership because of the the horrible service I received when I purchased my vehicle. But I went because of convince. When I arrived I went into the office to find my advisor, I tried to ask this man but he ignored me. I asked another man he brushed me off and told me to bring my car to the tent and just wait. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come, even though there were tons of people just standing around doing nothing. He told me he was going to find my advisor and I waited another 10 minutes for someone else to come and ask me the same question and tell me they were going to get my advisor. I waited another 15 minutes for someone to come out and actually help me but she informed me that my advisor was busy. When I picked up my car I finally met with my advisor and boy oh boy, she was absolutely amazing! She deserves a 10/10. I gave the two stars for everyone else because they were useless but she was Amazing. When I originally arrived waiting for someone to help me, she was literally the ONLY one working. I wanted her go from car to car while everyone else chatted on the side or staring at the sky. She was so apologetic about my experience and insured that it wouldn’t happen again and me her number. I will only go back to this dealership if Charlotte is my advisor. You can see she is extremely hard working ( the only one actually working at this location) and she gets the job done! More

Auto Nation Honda has fixed what ever the problem was that I have with my Dodge Grand Caravan every time. Kayla Killian was my service writer. Recently took my car to get problems fixed on my 2014 Chrysler 300 my service adviser Juan was new and not the best in my opinion all cared about was payment upon receiving my car back I brought my car Chrysler 300 my service adviser Juan was new and not the best in my opinion all cared about was payment upon receiving my car back I brought my car in to get a issue fixed with my car not wanting to start on cold starts car will turn over but not start Juan advised me they will go see if they can pin point the issue with my car not wanting to start and if they could find and fix it will quote me a price and get it done receive a call few day later for my adviser to tell me the issue with my starter was with my car having low oil so they had to do a entire oil change mind you I do my own oil changes so I was hesitant adviser couldnt even tell me the brand of oil going into my car which I am particular about but didn’t mind it allowed for the oil change cause it was going to fix the issue I was quoted 450 to get a new trunk actuator due to mine malfunctioning and my rear view camera has been broken since I bought the car wanted it covered under the extended warranty I paid for through auto nation just for them to tell me they don’t cover it and it will have to come outta pocket camera quote was over 1000$ for a grand total of over 1800$ for everything my coverage didn’t pay for anything I didn’t go through with getting my rear view camera fixed and looked up the part on my own ON MOPAR OFFICAL WEBSITE found the camera for my car only 300$ even showed my adviser Juan and asked why am I getting quoted over a 1000$ for a camera that’s not a 1000$ dollars to over pay for labor charges? Which Juan had no answer for couldn’t tell me why they wanted to over charge in the end I got my trunk fixed only ended up having to pay over 700$ for that and for Juan to assure me they verified my starter was fixed they tested it multiple times and had no issues according to Juan my service adviser wouldn’t even go to my car with me and walk over everything they checked and fixed nothing just wanted my money I went and checked my own car and had the same starting issue in the parking lot of auto nation Honda and they didn’t have a reason why it was still having the issue but still wanted my full payment which I gave without issue I WILL RECOMMEND NOBODY TO BUY A CAR FROM ANY LOCATION OF AUTONATION DUE TO NEGLECT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SELL OF LEMON CARS THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY THEY DONT TRY AND FIX ANYTHING WONT ADMIT FAULT IN FAILED AUTO SERVICE YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GOING TO A CARMAX OR TOBIN DEALER WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET DECENT SERVICE IVE HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT DEALER BE INCONVENIENCED WITHOUT A CAR FOR OVER A WEEK JUST FOR A TOBIN DEALER TO BE ABLE AND FIX MY ISSUE WITH MY CAR no thanks to the actual dealer I bought it from AutoNation worst dealer I’ve had to deal with will not be returning EVER!!!!
