The customer service in your location need improvement no one care about the customer needs and they take for ever to answer the phone call to find out what the problem is!!!! Then over changing just to cha one care about the customer needs and they take for ever to answer the phone call to find out what the problem is!!!! Then over changing just to change the battery!! They tell you you get a ride home but both times I paid for uber because they stop at 3 pm when the service closed at 7 pm the did not even try to finding what can she do for the customer!! Other the over price for a battery change!!! Not a way to do business! Sorry I won’t be taking my card to your dealership!! I ask for the supervisor and or course he was not available!
