I cane in for oil change and tire rotation, Abel was great and service was timely, they even washed my car. This is not the first time I've had a negative experience with this dealership (service dept). I come here only for the convenience of location. I supervise a facility of over 100 people and Its vital that c with this dealership (service dept). I come here only for the convenience of location. I supervise a facility of over 100 people and Its vital that customer service is number 1! No one greeted or helped me until I got angry and started yelling. Will never come here again. I waited for over an hour for an oil change, no one checked on me or updated me. This place needs a whole new staff. More
