I would highly recommend this shop for all my vehicle repairs. Great customer service!! Friendly office staff. Receptionist Katrina is very knowledgeable and kept me well informed. I have leased my last 3 vehicles from AutoNation in Hollywood and dealt with the same Sales/Leasing Consultant. Just refinanced a lease buy-out. Very helpful in the transition. They did not wash my car as promised and when I return the next day as I was told to do I wasted my time because all they did was rinse it. There was no washing done. Also, my car always works perfectly a the next day as I was told to do I wasted my time because all they did was rinse it. There was no washing done. Also, my car always works perfectly and since I had them change my air filter it has been hesitating upon acceleration and stuttering. I am taking it back in and hopefully they will fix this issue. Exceptional service from start to finish. Kevin was very professional, thorough, and attentive.
