I have a 2021 Honda CRV. It took an hour and forty five minutes for a basic checkup! I had an 8:30 appointment this morning and got checked in at 8:25 my representative told It took an hour and forty five minutes for a basic checkup! I had an 8:30 appointment this morning and got checked in at 8:25 my representative told me it should take 45 minutes to an hour! An hour and a half later I was still waiting for my car! After speaking to my representative he seemed to hurry things along and I got my car back in another 20 minutes! The plastic still covered my steering wheel, seat and gear shift, and the number was still on top of my car! I asked and waited for my paperwork, I like to keep a copy of my maintenance records! Don’t count on these mechanics to be timely! I have a service contract so I didn’t have to pay for time and materials, but someone is! Maybe they took a breakfast break while working on my car! Just don’t count on the time window that they give you! There were no surprise mechanical issues, so I’m not sure what took them almost two hours for a basic 15,000 mile car checkup! More
