Very poor costumer service after choosing to finance through my credit union instead of them. Sales person and finance manager became very short and prolong the buying process as much as possible after through my credit union instead of them. Sales person and finance manager became very short and prolong the buying process as much as possible after their multiple manipulating attempts to try to get me to finance the car with them failed. Very frustrating process. My credit union said it was the worst dealership they every worked it. More

I assisted my sister to get a vehicle from Taiwan. The auto seller Brian Etienne and the finance manager Sonny Chen zoomed called me then composed an online signature to make everything possible. With the time the way they are I was so blessed and grateful to be able to help my baby sister from overseas because of these amazing representatives.
