I was a little hesitant about letting go of my 15 year old Toyota Venza which was still running in great condition but decided it was time for a new vehicle. I decided to go out of my comfort zone (Big fa old Toyota Venza which was still running in great condition but decided it was time for a new vehicle. I decided to go out of my comfort zone (Big fan of Toyota vehicles) and ventured for a Honda CRV-L Hybrid. So with the help and assistance from Roderick and Esmeralda at the AutoNation Honda in Hollywood Florida they easily made us feel comfortable and reassured that the process of negotiation and customer satisfaction was their primary objective in making us part of the Honda family and so I’m happy to say that we are now part of that family! Everyone was very nice at the service center for my first oil and filter service. Received automated messages and service was fast. The only thing is that today the morning after, the light when on for a low oil and filter service. Received automated messages and service was fast. The only thing is that today the morning after, the light when on for a low tire alarm, apparently after tire rotation the electronic calibration didn’t go through and had to go check air. So far very good experience. Time will tell it’s only been 3 days since I bought my passport. Had minor issues with a new vehicle corrected on my second visit.
