I cannot recommend the service department at AutoNation Honda Hollywood enough. My car has over 107,000 miles on it and broke down on the highway with a serious issue. I bypassed several closer shops speci Honda Hollywood enough. My car has over 107,000 miles on it and broke down on the highway with a serious issue. I bypassed several closer shops specifically to get it to certified Honda experts, limping into the dealership without an appointment. Despite having no notice, the team took me in immediately and had the issue fully resolved in just a few hours. The staff was polite, courteous, and highly knowledgeable—taking the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how they were fixing it. If you are dealing with a real mechanical issue, don’t take chances elsewhere. Bring it to the pros here who genuinely know these vehicles inside and out. 5/5 stars! More

I am asking management to review my recent vehicle purchase and financing because I have serious concerns about the final amount financed. I purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V for approximately $37,659, i purchase and financing because I have serious concerns about the final amount financed. I purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V for approximately $37,659, including taxes and fees. I paid $10,000 down and received $1,250 for my trade-in. Based on these amounts, I expected the amount financed to be approximately $26,409. The finance representative, Arthur, arranged my financing and told me the loan was approved at 9.34% APR, with a monthly payment of $567.51. However, on September 1, 2026, I received my first statement from Chase showing an unpaid principal balance of $31,070.14. This is approximately $4,661 more than I expected based on the purchase price, down payment, and trade-in. I was not given an opportunity to review a complete itemized breakdown of all financing charges before signing. I understood that I was signing based on the terms that had been explained to me. I am asking management to please explain exactly how the $31,070.14 was calculated and provide an itemized breakdown of all additional charges, including any GAP, warranties, protection products, dealer fees, or other products included in the financing. I would also like copies of all documents I signed, including the Retail Installment Sales Contract and final purchase agreement. I hope management will review this transaction and provide a clear explanation of these charges. More

When I made the appointment originally, it was just to do a test drive because the car I wanted wasn’t going to be in until the following week. While we were answering my questions and after I did a test ride in a similar car, my planned purchase was delivered. They asked if I would like to process everything the same day and we made it work. I loved how friendly everybody was and I never felt pressured. It was a car. I have been looking forward to for a couple years. Also, since the original plan was just for a test drive, I had my vehicle with me. When we discussed how to have me get the new Honda home and what to do with the vehicle they provided me with storage until I can come back there via Uber or Lyft. A potential pick up was even offered, but I have to work out the schedule because of child responsibilities. We made it all happen without any pressure and I felt very good at the end of the day. The sales and finance staff were wonderful. More
