Abel was very clear and respectful. While I was annoyed that I had to wait much longer for my car to be serviced, it wasn't his fault but rather the dealership giving false wait times a While I was annoyed that I had to wait much longer for my car to be serviced, it wasn't his fault but rather the dealership giving false wait times and not having enough staff to take care of everyone there. I am glad though that I had Abel to keep in touch with me and updated as well as being transparent with the time I'd have to wait, rather than what said when I first called the main number. Its people like this that make the ridiculous $230 mandatory "diagnostic" fee and overnight waits bearable. It was a very busy day for him and while he could have easily been annoyed or not keep in contact with me he still did and that's why I wanted to write this review for him. More
I was not pleased at all when they charged me about $200. 00 just to let me know that the Remote control of my car was not working and at the same time they notified me that they did not have it in storage, i 00 just to let me know that the Remote control of my car was not working and at the same time they notified me that they did not have it in storage, it was on back order. Rocky is always professional, helpful, courteous and so very knowledgeable. I know I am in good hands. All personnel are polite and I always look forward to taking my car in, instead of dreading it.
