I give the hugest rating to Rocky (Finbar) for helping me, when no one else did. I've been trying to have my car fixed due to a recall. Or left me on hold for a long time. I decided to go in person, looking to talk to the general manager. Rocky de-escalated the situation, had my car fixed, and was very professional, as always. More

I did 100,000 miles maintenance to my 2016 Honda Pilot, timing belt and water pump changed, the car left the installations in Outstanding condition, the engine is very powerful, and not vibration on it.
