I am absolutely livid with AutoNation Honda. This dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called yesterday to get my vehicle serviced and had a few additional question This dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called yesterday to get my vehicle serviced and had a few additional questions. The person I spoke with assured me that an advisor would call me back. 24 hours later—NOTHING. No call, no follow-up, absolutely nothing. It’s like they couldn’t care less about generating income or helping their customers. To think, I actually wanted to support a local Honda dealer close to my house. I figured it would be more convenient, but clearly, that was a mistake. I see now why I have to drive far for an experience that actually values me as a customer. This place couldn’t care less if you’re loyal or looking to spend money. I’ll be sticking with Rick Case from now on. They know how to treat their customers with professionalism and respect, something AutoNation Honda has clearly forgotten. This Hollywood location might be closer to my house, but it’s not worth the headache. AutoNation Honda, you’ve lost my business for good. More

Called multiple times since November to the service and parts depar me, when no one else did. I've been trying to have my car fixed due to a recall. Called multiple times since November to the service and parts departments. The responses received ranged from "call in a month because we don't have the part" to "I don't see a recall for your car". Or left me on hold for a long time. I decided to go in person, looking to talk to the general manager. Rocky de-escalated the situation, had my car fixed, and was very professional, as always. More
