Abel was very clear and respectful. I am glad though that I had Abel to keep in touch with me and updated as well as being transparent with the time I'd have to wait, rather than what said when I first called the main number. Its people like this that make the ridiculous $230 mandatory "diagnostic" fee and overnight waits bearable. It was a very busy day for him and while he could have easily been annoyed or not keep in contact with me he still did and that's why I wanted to write this review for him. More

I brought in my car for service after a great purchasing experience back in March. I had an equally positive experience with getting my car serviced. Luc was my advisor that checked me in. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and Luc came out to meet me and look over the condition of my car. He wrote up the service order and explained to me how long I should expect to wait. No pushiness or upsell on services that I don't need. The waiting room is comfortable and my car was ready in the expected time. Luc then came to get me in the waiting room when my car was ready and he walked me out to my car once I was checked out. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and the employees that work here. More
