Hi I am Vanessa and I went to the dealership three times could not get my car repaired meaning my AC I went in on Tuesday and one of the service people said to me that no I could not get my AC fixed I reque could not get my car repaired meaning my AC I went in on Tuesday and one of the service people said to me that no I could not get my AC fixed I requested a manager the manager heard my cry and he did me good he was absolutely fantastic I think him so very much so very much he did a great job More

This is the first time I had such a horrible experience, I've been going to this dealership since the 90's when I bought my first car through them. I had a recall matter and when I called to set up my appt I've been going to this dealership since the 90's when I bought my first car through them. I had a recall matter and when I called to set up my appt they told me the problem was one thing, a week later they told me it was other things. The young gentleman and the manager were nice. I was told the car would be in the shop for 4-5 hrs. I asked to be dropped home and as I stepped in my home the honda dealership called to say that I've already had these 4 things fixed which I don't recall so I can come back for my car. The driver was called supposedly 2 but no one came back for me until an hour later after standing in the scorching sun for an hour. When I got back to the dealership, I asked if I could speak to a manager, and it was the manager i was talking to before and I voiced my frustration with him about this back and forth and taking off of my job he stated there's nothing he could do and started to get a bit loud with me. I was a bit frustrated but didn't want a scene so I told him I'm going to contact their headquarters and speak to someone else. More

I had an Appointment: Friday, 07/08/2022 with Advisor: Avinash Singh, I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, he was very courteous and extremely fast my car was ready in about 30 minutes.
