I went in to get a staple out of my tire that was causing a slow leak and was told it couldn’t be fixed and needed a new $264 tire. My car is one year old and the threads doesn’t show any sign of wear. I too a slow leak and was told it couldn’t be fixed and needed a new $264 tire. My car is one year old and the threads doesn’t show any sign of wear. I took the car to Goodyear and got it fixed for $24. I can imagine what you do to people that don’t know any better. It wasn’t even a mail but a staple. Will never recommend your dealership to anyone know . Truly disappointed More

Made appt for oil change arrived five minutes early. Service writer tried to upsell me that the car needs alignment. Uh it has just 19,000 miles. No. Then he says the cabin air filter needs changing f Service writer tried to upsell me that the car needs alignment. Uh it has just 19,000 miles. No. Then he says the cabin air filter needs changing for additional $120. The part is about $20 and it takes two minutes to replace behind the glove box. But that’s not the worst of it. FOUR hours for a simple oil change. Car sat on lift a hour for “lunch break” and then was completed but sat in the lot 40 minutes until Eddy the service writer could get around to finalizing my invoice. FOUR hours while I waited. Other customers unhappy too. Used to be a great place. Bought my car there, service WAS wonderful. No more More
