By far the worst experience ever. If you enjoy being lied to several times about a car deal this might be the place other than that I would go somewhere else. Salesman are so nice it sucks that the managers to several times about a car deal this might be the place other than that I would go somewhere else. Salesman are so nice it sucks that the managers lie and change their stories every hour about what's going on. Spent 12 hours there just to get my refund on my down payment. More

I booked an appointment at 8:00. I showed up at 7:50 and my car was returned to me at 9:45. I took my car in for an oil change. Yes I under stand that they “check” to see if there are other things that can my car was returned to me at 9:45. I took my car in for an oil change. Yes I under stand that they “check” to see if there are other things that can be fixed during the visit but almost 2 hours for an oil change sucks.. I know the technician has to get paid for the hour but it sucks having to wait in the lobby with that annoying speaker that keeps cutting off. More
