If you’re a young woman looking to make a decision about your next vehicle, you’ll be well taken care of by Michael (Service Advisor), Sal (Sales), Hannah (Finance) and their team. I felt safe, listened to and cared for. More details: My dash lit up the morning after a long Labor Day weekend when I was trying to head to work. I had my car towed in and my service advisor Michael was quick to get me taken care of and I was offered a loaner immediately. This allowed me to return to work, which already made the experience of having to wait to hear what was going on with my car much less stressful. Michael was very patient and answered all my questions once I received the estimate and list of repairs. When I asked if I could get an appraisal done on my car before agreeing to repairs, he immediately got that taken care of for me. Sal Nanji on the sales team gave me a call and was very sincere about wanting to help me through this stressful situation and get me in a car I loved for a good price. I came into the dealership after work and Sal was incredibly patient, fun to work with, and sincere about wanting me to feel confident and happy with my buying decision. Sal advocated for me and his manager was very reasonable and patient when discussing rates. Once we reached an agreement, the CFS Manager Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and detailed in her explanations of extended warranties and additional protections for my new car. She worked with me to get where I felt happy with my coverage decisions and was a pleasure to talk to. I felt like she was looking out for my best interest and was happy to answer all of my questions. Despite it being a late night for them already, Sal helped me move my possessions from my old car into my new car. Thank you AutoNation Honda Lewisville! More
