Overly priced. 80$ was material cost and $970 labor cost. There was something covered under warranty and they did mention somethings needs replacement, but was is n 80$ was material cost and $970 labor cost. I was greeted by Ivan Hernandez, service advisor, after arriving in the service garage. He was very professional and courteous. He told me that inspection of the lights on my car dashboard would be done arriving in the service garage. He was very professional and courteous. He told me that inspection of the lights on my car dashboard would be done and they would call soon. I needed a VSA modular control unit; it was very expense but cheaper than buying a new car. Two days later the part was in and the job was done. I am pleased with Mr. Hernandez's discount and great personality throughout the service! However, it was weird that one of the van drivers was motioned by a female worker that I was needing a ride home, but for some reason he didn't give me the ride. The female worker drove me home in a very nice, totally plush van! It was great! More
