The staff was friendly enough, but had to be prodded. I never spoke to my assigned service rep until it was time to pay out, and I had to ask for that. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change, This never spoke to my assigned service rep until it was time to pay out, and I had to ask for that. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change, This is why people prefer to not go to the dealer, but there was a skid plate on the car that my local oil change place was unable/unwilling to remove to get to the oil filter.
