Alex Hernandez was wonderful! She was cheery, thorough, and very professional in handling our Honda's service needs. Overall experience was very good. The price for a brand new Honda I got was very good. Hannah Nguyen, the sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and very much detailed. Not pushy as well. They were following up after the sale, and taking care of anything with the vehicle. The only negative was with the finance department. They tried to put few thousand dollars extra in the loan application. They said it was a mistake when I pointed it out. So keep an eye on the numbers when you financing. More
