AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!Ok had this car less then a month AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Ok had this car less then a month and this is the worst experience ive ever ever had with a dealership. Less than a month with t AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Ok had this car less then a month and this is the worst experience ive ever ever had with a dealership. Less than a month with the car and its already in the shop. Went to the dealership to have the windshield replaced. Drove an hour there to have it replace. They give me the key back to a car that doesnt work. This was thursday. They cant till look at it till friday. They did nothing to get me a rental car. Taylor Douglas is a joke. Doesnt response to any questions i had about the car. All day friday the car sat in there parking lot and nobody would tell me whats going on. They have crest infiniti come get the car and saturday and they call and said nobody can look at it till monday. Monday evening comes around and im told antifreeze was low and the 2 airfilters for that car were not the correct ones installed and its causing a leak. Those 2 things should have been caught by there 50point quality inspection. So now im out of pocket $350. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! AT ALL COST. You would be treated with more respect at a tote-the-note dealership then here. Any reputable dearship would refund my out of pocket expense for have to pay for there mistake. I havent even made my 1st car payment yet. And they still have not detailed the car. More
