I took my car in for routine maintenance and was greeted immediately. This person sent out a Service Advise and I don't remember her name. She had my car taken back to be looked at and it was decided I a immediately. This person sent out a Service Advise and I don't remember her name. She had my car taken back to be looked at and it was decided I a couple of things done to my Honda. I will be leaving town on a trip so I decided to choose a few of their of their recommendations. As far as my Service Rider I have no idea of her name. She was in the process of training and she was just "OK". She could have been a little more friendly but she wasn't unfriendly. I think some of the maintenance recommend wasn't necessary so I declined some of items to be done. I think since she was in training I will give her a break on the service I was provided. My car wasn't washed which I was disappointed but she did offer to take it back to wash - I declined as I was in a hurry. I would like to know my Service Rider and I really don't have one? More

Please never ever go to this place very poor service no one answered bought a car and so call manager he don’t care I asked him can I get some help and he was ok and I waited 1.30 minutes he was just walki one answered bought a car and so call manager he don’t care I asked him can I get some help and he was ok and I waited 1.30 minutes he was just walking here and there the sales person was really rude ohhhh because may be I am brown skin and even I paid cash for my car 12 days ago I did not get any kind of paper work they told me they will email me still waiting when I call no one answered I bought almost 20 cars in last 30 years but never ever had this kind of service wish you all the best More

Spoke with salesman Ahmed Al Sheikhly, He was personally rude and insulting, "couldn't find the keys" for the SUV they had listed on Autonation's website that we were interested in. He boasted about how he was too good for this job, how he was an engineer who could take apart and put back together any car there." Offensive on multiple levels, we left as soon as we could. More
