I am active duty army for 19 years and have been stationed at at 5 duty station since I've had my Honda (2018) bought in 2017. We are always in the Dallas/Ft Worth area to visit family and plan to retire in the area. I have to say that AutoNation service department representatives is the best of the best. The high tech communication with the technician sharing the video of his inspection to the constant communication provided by Meredith was above and beyond my expectations. Retirement plans after the military is definitely in the area and I would go back the AutoNation just for their customer service. I had to take my van back a week later due to a button reset to pass the TX emissions test and Meredith made it happen in less than an hour. Also, the loaner vehicle (Honda passport) that I used...well, I'm contemplating buying one now 😁. Thank you for the outstanding service. More
