She responded to my wife's inquiry within 30 seconds of her submission which won her over from another dealership right away. She was finishing up with another customer upon our arrival and made sure to make to effort to greet us. During the walk through and test drive Venecia was a rockstar going in detail over the vehicle. Taha was excellent from our first interaction with him, he took to time to break down all the protections plans throughly and dealt with the onslaught is questions I had. Going into the finance office there was no way I was getting any protection products...I walked out with 2 line items one of them being the most expensive protection product. That's a testament to Taha's delivery and approach. I would recommend this location specifically because of the extra effort both Venecia and Taha put into our experience. Thanks Auto Nation! More
